February 3rd Meeting
County Chairman Addresses Eastern Sussex Democrats
On February 3, Ed O’ Conner, Chairman of the Sussex County Democratic Committee addressed the monthly meeting of the Eastern Sussex Democrats [ESD].
His focus was on how the ESD can be of greater value to the Democratic cause in Sussex County politics. Among the things he suggested was to join our local committee, write letters to the editor, and work for a Democratic candidate.
The ESD is made up of residents from Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey Beach, and Milton who support the values of the Democratic Party. They meet the first Thursday of each month for a luncheon and a prominent speaker at the Bethany Blues restaurant in Lewes and the club is looking to expand its membership and presence in the community.
